When I want to transfer money ,It comes that “We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later.“ Money is in the "Available". So can somebody help me? I don`t know how it comes

Are the funds cleared and not pending and in the correct currency for withdrawal?
Have you linked and confirmed a bank account or debit card?
Have you withdrawn funds before?
Does the name on your bank account and the billing address of any card match the name and address on your paypal account?
Have you cleared histor/cookies and cache or tried another browser or device?

This didn't solve the problem at all. I cleared cache and cookies, used a different browser, and all my details are correct. The problem still remains.
