Unable to withdraw funds to Georgian bank cards

Hello. I want to withdraw my funds. I ma from Georgia(country) and have only Georgian bank cards. With all cards that i tried to link for withdraw i have different problems. With my most used bank card i have a following error message when i try to link: Paypal says that my card didn't support the instant transactions. So i contacted to bank and ask to allow this option for my card and they said that it's already allowed since card has made. Therefore: what options do i have to withdraw my funds. May be someone has experience of that in Georgia and knows any bank card to do that easy and fast? Or anybody knows how can i solve the issue with my bank card?

I understand that you're trying to withdraw funds. Kindly be informed that you can only withdraw funds to a credit, debit, prepaid Visa card or US bank account. If you have already linked your card and facing issue it is possible that our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, I would recommend you to try again at later time.
