Transferring money from my bank to my paypal

When I choose 'transfer money to PayPal account' I get a message 'We couldn't confirm your identity'. When I tap 'try again' the message goes away and it says 'link a bank account'. I already have multiple bank accounts linked. The virtual assistant and an email from PayPal say my account has no restrictions. So what should I do to resolve this?

I'm sorry to hear that there's an identity confirmation issue. Even without a limitation, identity confirmation is necessary. If you are having this problem still, please reach out to customer service or assistance in completing the identity confirmation. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.

 

I hope this can be quickly resolved.
