Processing an order using a customer credit card. When I fill in the virtual terminal page, message reads: "We cannot process your order at this time. Please try again later." I do and receive the same message. Last week it registered is come back 'Pending' then today there was no record of the request for payment.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

 

I do understand your concern with this. There may be an issue with the customers card. I would suggest you contact the customer to ensure everything is ok with their card.

 

If you experience the same error with a different customer/card, please contact our customer support. This can be done by clicking here
