Transfer to bank refunded..!

Hi,
Transfer to bank refunded on 20th April, may I know the reason..?
Its the same bank which I was doing earlier. I checked with bank, account is fine and they did not receive any instruction or any transfer note from your side... and Paypal cut the transfer fee.
