Hello. 2 months back I did a bank transfer from my paypal account. After a few days, the status was successful but until today I have not recieved the money yet. I contacted Paypal support thru multiple channels and all of them told me that they have contacted the bank but the bank did not reply them (for over a month). Is this normal? Seems like they are useless and can't do anything right now. They even asked ME to contact the bank ans ask, which I did. But the bank said they can't do anything unless the money is transferred from them Tto a 3rd party. When I called them last month, they said that they can't find the ARN for my transaction which may indicate an issue with their 3rd party and not the bank. A week after that they still told me that they have not recieved any reply from mu bank yet. I'm so confused and frustrated at this point. Has anyone experienced this before?
