Does anyone know why my money is unable to be transferred from my Paypal account to my bank account? My bank account is not frozen, my Paypal account is not limited and I'm trying to transfer a small amount (£10). The only thing I get is "We cannot complete/approve this transaction right now", even in the email it sends me.
I have tried to update my bank details, it doesn't do anything. Customer service and the customer chat have both not given a reason to why this is happening.
I am not sure if this is a problem on my end specifically or if there are other people struggling with trying to transfer money.
Where do I go from here?
EDIT: This seems to be a problem for many people, so it maybe due to something on Paypal's end. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I have the same problem. I get an error "Things don’t appear to be working at the moment." then a fee is deducted on every failed transfer.

Sorry to hear that you're facing issues while transferring your balance to your bank account. Every time you initiate a transaction, it goes through a series of filters for possible risk. If the system deem risk, it may temporarily block the activity. In such situations, please try the transfer at a later date by try clearing cache/cookies or trying with a different browser/device.
