Guys,how do I withdraw from my business PayPal balance to my linked prepaid card?

I'm having the same problem and customer service couldn't help me. They recommend I delete paypal and reinstall and that didn't work. My sister said she manually transfers her money but her paypal app looks completely different from mine.
