Transfer complete but didnt receive money

i was supposed to recieve a payment today, but still the amount is not credited. the status in paypal app shows that transaction has been completed by today at 12:29 pm, but still i havent received. i had messaged from help and support and all i get is automated response. the mail says that this is automated for speed up forwarded by FAQ'S, and also says reply to this mail if your issue is not resolved, but again the same automated response comes. Help me!!

Same problem for me, 3 months waiting, many calls and chat but PayPal always says the same…. The transaction is completed in a correct way. They gave me a reference number (ARN) but they also said that they have a bug with this numbers! Hopeless !

Welcome everyone to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues receiving a transfer. Are you waiting for it to be credited to your PayPal account or to your external funding source?

If you're running into issues receiving funds to your PayPal account, there may be additional steps to complete before you're able to see the funds in your PayPal account depending on the country you reside in. For most, this just involves Confirming your email address, but for some, you may need to verify additional info. If you're waiting on your funds to be credited to your external funding source, I'd recommend first reaching out to that funding source to see if they have more information. If not, our Customer Support teams can be reached outside the traditional methods via Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
