Withdrawing from Paypal credit when balance is actually in credit

I have received a refund to my paypal credit that has pushed the limit way into the black. However i am unable to transfer this excess, send it to anyone else etc. Is there a way to transfer at least some of this money somewhere ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! it sounds like you've already tried a few things to resolve your positive balance on your PayPal Credit. I'd recommend reaching out to their Customer Support teams to request a check be sent or if there are any other options they can present.
