Friend want to repay $100,000 via paypal with dix amt every month

I gave friend $100,000 for his house. He wants me to pay back using paypal with some fix amount every month. Is there any tax implication in this transaction?

Not if they sent money as friends and family. But I would use Zelle for something like this. One pays back a dinner meal with PayPal, not a house.
