connecting paypal to collabs gets you banned ???

dear friends, recently i have made a shopify account with collabs app and when i started having fund i approached a friend that i know from Dubai to join me on the affiliate system "collabs" on shopfiy so after joining and accepting them as soon as they linked there paypal account with collabs they got a msg that " you cant use paypal anymore due to noticed activity on there account that inconsistent with user agreement and no longer offer them paypal services " WHY DID THAT HAPPEN as soon as they linked it to shopify collabs ?

PayPal internal system often reviews account for potential risk for the safety and security of the network, Depending on what found during the review, your account may got restricted.
