Successfully link the card but on the payment page I can't find that card as option

I want to pay by master card prepaid card, successfully link the card and it's appeared on PayPal, but on the payment page I can't find that card as option.

only find other credit cards that I've linked.

I used PayPal Thailand, this problem never happened before they have migrate to Thailand policy but I can't find that is it limit because of this or not.

I understand your concern about your card not reflecting in the payment page. Every time you try to make a payment from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved. If the system deems any risk, the system may temporarily block the payment from going through or limit the payment options. In such situations, I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device.
