I keep getting on getting the "Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you" message when trying to send money or when trying to buy something. When I created my account, my husbands account was tied to the computer so I'm thinking it somehow is conflicting with it. I called Paypal and they told me to wait a couple of days for each transaction I try to make but that doesn't sound like a viable solution. I have Paypal credit as well that I can't use because it's giving me the same message. I think the account is has been corrupted and non useable at this point.

I do understand your frustration with this. It sounds like you are having issues with our internal secuirty system when trying to send a payment.
I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Please allow for 48 hours to pass before trying again. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
