Gift cards do not have the availability to receive withdrawals I'm afraid. Therefore, you won't have the option to use a gift card to withdraw your funds from your PayPal account.
To withdraw your funds you would need to add a Visa Debit card or a US bank account. For further details, please visit our Help Center.
