I have a business account.
The transactions that are being sent through a platform, or my website is getting: Completed => then Cancelled (void) => Returned to the sender.
I replicated this after successfully setup API to my Website (based on woocommerce plugin).
- This happens for one time payment and recurring payment.
- This happens when someone pays me through a platform (flippa.com for example)
- There is no option to accept the payment in my payment activities.
- This doesn't happen when someone sends directly to my Paypal Email
- This doesn't happen when I create an invoice and send it to the sender
I tried to contact resolution center, but I couldn't reach them.
am I missing an option to activate or something?? I think all the options are set to " accept payment"
