Paypal pay in 3 - transaction didnt complete will pay in 3 auto cancel

Help please, I set up pay in 3 and the initial payment was taken from my monzo balance. But i didnt check out on the vendors website. Pay in 3 set up, but transaction didn't go through with merchant as I saw the shipping fees and cancelled at check out. Will PayPal recognise this and will I get a refund? I'm really worried the pay in 3 will continue when I won't be receiving the items it was originally for.

As you are informing me that you canceled the agreement in the checkout but you have been charged for the initial payment that means the agreement got placed. I can understand that you are trying to cancel this plan and withdraw the contract. Here I would like to inform you that You have fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day after you make your purchase with PayPal Pay in 3. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by contacting us online at www.paypal.com/uk by selecting ‘Help’ and then ‘Contact us’.
