I need to pay 44$ to Indian foreign job service agency, but they send me a link for 52$, they says that its because of Service charge. its nearly 20% and is that be possible.
and are there any method to send payment Through letter of credit ? (To recover the loss if the service is not provided)

Thank you for making your first post in the Forum! I am sorry you're encountering an unexpected additional fee.
If you are sending a payment for a service and determine that you are willing to accept the additional previously undisclosed fee, you can send the payment as a Goods and Services payment. If the link is leading you to a payment that is not a protected Goods and Services payment, ask them for their email address and initiate the payment through your own Send Money flow in your account. That will allow for Purchase Protection in the event that you do not receive your service.
