Refunded by Humble Bundle, never got a refund on my bank

I've been having an issue with paypal just not refunding money...at all...

1st thing that happened was when i bought a game through Humble Bundle on the 24th of Feb., played it for a bit, didn't like it and asked for a refund, which HB did the next day on a saturday. Since it was the weekend, the rep telling me that if they payment wasn't processed yet and i could already see the refund on the 25th on paypal, i logically assumed that they haven't sent a transaction to my bank. On monday i didn't see it so i assumed that it was sorted, but on tuesday i saw that i had a pending transaction, even tho HB already refunded me. So, logically, i blocked that transaction.

A few days later, bought a bundle on HB and something messed up and it charged me twice, HB rep was quick to respond (unlike some *cough* paypal *cough* site) and issued me a refund. Payment was done on the 5th, got the refund on the 6th. Since it was monday, PayPal sent both transactions through and it was paid through my bank.

Problem, it's been a full week and i still haven't received my refund. Trying to contact paypal through their system always results in "no agents available", showing how useless they really are (meanwhile HB reps powering through the weekends, mad props).

So, this is my only solution, how do i get my refunded money back?

I understand how upsetting this can be for you! We start to process your refund as soon as the seller sends the refund to you. When a refund is issued, the money will go back to the original funding source. If you paid with a card, the funds will be reversed to the same card which usually takes 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer. If the payment was originally funded from your bank account, we’ll be automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 working days to complete. I recommend you to wait till the required time frame.
