Refunded amount not received in my Debit Card (from where payment initiated)

I have not received the refunded amount by Merchant in my Debit Card back from where I had generated transaction. However, in PayPal statement, it is showing as completed

After a refund is shown as completed in PayPal, it takes up to a week for your card issuer to post the refund back on your account.

7 business working days ? if yes then there are 5 days in a week countable ? i got refunded amount on 7 Mar

I understand you would like some help with a refund. 

You mentioned you sent this payment with your debit card. As advised by @sharpiemarker, this will be refunded back to your card and this can take some time be to processed and complete. 

It may take up to 30 days for a refund to complete but typically only takes 5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Me waiting for more than 1month and nothing is happening . I see on PayPal statement that the refund is finished BUT NO refund in my card yet!!! What can I do???
