You are asking to get your paypal account permanently limited if you are selling items and using the friends/family option.
You are breaking paypal rules, evading paying your paypal fee and negating your buyers 'buyer protection'.

So long story, I was asking for my seller. since they aren’t taking the initiative to get me my refund. He told me I need to file a dispute since he cannot access the funds. Since he made me make the payment through family and friends I read that I cannot file a dispute or anything. I am contacting my bank and everything. The seller himself isn’t doing anything to get me a refund. So I am doing my best to find out what he is doing wrong on his end so he doesn’t **bleep** anyone else over
