Refund

2 friends have sent me a payment via business instead of friends and family and I’ve been charged. I have tried to refund to do the transaction again but it obviously won’t refund the fees? How can I resolve this

Normally you would need to sort that out with your friend who made the mistake.

You can contact customer services and see if they will refund the fee element as a goodwill gesture but not sure that they would.
