Online payments crashed twice but money taken.

Hello I’ve tried to place an order via Boots today, once via PayPal in 3 and the second attempt was to pay in full but both times the website crashed yet PayPal has taken the amounts of £27.46 and £82.39 from my bank account - both attempts at the order haven’t gone through 

please can anyone tell me how to refund this?

It would help if you said what is printed on the transaction in your paypal account.
