I understand that you're referring to the refund on the account. Any transactions processed through PayPal will be listed on the activity page. If you received the refund, please check the activity history. In general, all refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Here's the help center article to know information about the refund. If you're unable to find it contact the sender, ask for the transaction ID and then contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly.
