Refund

Hi,

On the 3rd July I contacted Go Daddy to requesct a refund for a website renewal. They were very helpful and processed that and said it could be up to 5 days toreceive the refund back to the payment method used which was my paypal. I can only assume that my card was debited as I would have nearly £300 in my paypal balance. In Paypal it states the the refund wasissued on the 3rd July but neither my paypal balance or my back account are showing the refund. It's been 10 days now. What can I do to get some help on thisas I can't see any proof that the money has actually been refunded even though PAypal is saying it has.

i understand your concern about not seeing the refund in your card. When a refund is issued, the money will e returned to the original payment method. As you paid with a card, the funds will be reversed to the same card. It usually takes 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30 days for the money to show on your card depending on your card issuer.
