Refund not received

I have purchased a service on for $422 but unfortunately that order has been canceled by Customer Support. I haven't received refund yet. Transaction ID: 9L196285S1870410A

If you funded the payment to the seller from your bank account or a card, then once order/transaction was marked as refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take upto 3-5 business days to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, PayPal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but it's rarely that long. The time it takes depends upon the processing time of your card issuer.
