Receiving fee on non-seller, domestic transfers / sends.

To whom this may concern,

I am not a seller. I improperly upgraded my account to a business account, and then downgraded back to a personal account.

Since then, I am receiving a fee when someone sends a transfer to my account, domestically (fee is assessed upon acceptance/receipt of money).

Can someone chime in here, assist in pointing out a technical error on PayPal's part, or some setting that needs to be changed by me to avoid what looks to be a seller fee?

Thank you in advance.

Then it may not have anything to do with your account type and everything to do with whether the senders are marking the payments as friends and family or not before sending. Business accounts can also receive friends and family payments.

When you click on one of these payments, do you see a deduction called “Fee”?

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
