Hello. Can a person from Ukraine make a transfer to me? Will the money go to my bank account or just to my PayPal account? What amount can be transferred at a time or per month? Do I need to pay tax?
The situation is such that I have to return the debt. They say that now transfers are possible only through Paypal. I do not plan to cash out immediately. I want them to be on my PayPal account. The amount is approximately 30k euros. I want to know if it is possible to transfer such an amount, what tax will have to be paid and to whom.

"return the debt" - I helped a man with money a few years ago, now he is ready to return this money. this is just a refund of my money, not a payment for services. and you need to know how to get-transfer this money so that there are no problems.
I wrote in support and they said that from Ukraine to Israel there is no translation "to a friend or relative." and there is?
@alex_kras, Welcome back. Thanks for that info. Yes, it is correct that you would not be able to receive funds as a personal payment / friends & family in Israel. All transactions received would need to be for Goods and Services.
