My account with £100 is already blocked for 2 years

Hello,

Two years ago I opened PayPal account just to receive an one time £100 help from a friend during Covid pandemic (being Ukrainian myself).

The account was blocked as soon as funds were transferred and I've submitted my Ukrainian passport with "wait 180 days and you'll receive email" message.

Every time I'm logging back after 180 days - I'm receiving same message again "wait 180 days and you'll receive email".

It's already 2 years.

Please advise if the situation can be resolved.

PS: Seeing PayPal boards of how to donate to Ukraine - is a mockery. You literally stole my money.

You have a UK paypal account so where were you living when you had the funds sent and which countries paypal account did you accept the payment on?
