I have an online shop, and yesterday (30/5/21) I got 2 orders that are shown as paid by PayPal but in my PayPal account the balance is zero. I don't know if i should ship the orders or not. The customers are waiting for their order. Did anyone else had the same problem?
I tried everything at that link and got nowhere. Why can’t PayPal just make it available? I’m in this community using the identity that is secure enough to pay for things. Just make the money available.
For Australian accounts it says only 2 days. I'm still confused. The money was deposited into my account on April 23. I have a balance of zero. I click the link limitation message and get a response advising we have all your information and still nothing happens. Since April 26 I have used PayPal to make seven payments. I want to transfer that credit to my bank account and just don't understand why I can't. What does PayPal actually want from me? There's nothing in the resolution centre.
I just received a couple of payments which were pending and I accepted them, and coverted currencies, but its not showing in the paypal balance???? also, there is one transaction that is pending everytime I accept it the transaction it takes me back to the activity list, and accept the transaction again? why is that happening?
