How do I transfer money from a paypal linked credit card to my paypal account?  And is there a fee for that transfer?

You cannot transfer money directly from a credit card to your PayPal balance. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But, you can use your credit card to send money to someone (a fee applies) or use it to buy things online (no fees apply).
