Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

I am using a paypal basic business account and received successful payment transactions from customers, and it shows under 'Money In' but my paypal balance keeps showing the old balance and is not increasing. Could anyone give any advice about this? Is it some lagging or technical issue?

Today i received money from friend,but my friend want me to refund to pay something,i logged in with my iphone,click refund,but its say cant refund because not enought balance ( my friend sent me 500$ with fee = 477.70$ )..anything wrong with my paypal..anyone can help me please..tks much.

need help please with this issue.

I just transferred funds by selecting "send to a friend". i received confirmation that funds has been sent. the receiver is also showing that I transferred him funds but balance is still reflecting zero balance on his end. From what I know, "send to a friend" should be real time.
