Problems with transferring money to a bank card

Hey! I recently encountered such a problem "right now we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." when withdrawing money to my bank card. Previously, I could always easily withdraw money, but now this is the problem. Help me decide!

Thank you for posting! Withdrawals to bank account or card can often be blocked by PayPal's security system, if it suspects threat on the transfer(which can possibly due to change in location, failure in authenticating the identity etc.). However, you should be able to transfer funds to the card after 48 hours. If not, you can try transferring funds to other bank or card linked to PayPal. If you still see the decline, contact PayPal support through PayPal account.

same problem sir, i'm unable to withdraw funds for tow weeks now, same decline message
