hello, im using paypal for like 3 years now, and ive spent money only on steam, and i had no problems before, now when i want to add funds to my steam wallet it asks me to link a credit or debit card, and when i try to link it, it says card has been canceled, please help.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
