Pending payment since 27th april how long will it take to go back into my account

Pending payment since the 27th April I still haven’t received it

Click the transaction in your account. Is it an eCheck waiting to clear? Those could take 3-5 business days to clear but could take longer. The longest I’ve experienced is around 10 to 12 business days. PayPal will notify you by email when payment is cleared/completed.

Thanks for answering yes it has taken 14 days to be refunded due to the bank holidays we have had I think it’s certainly a long process and it was an e cheque.
