Paypal India not auto transferring the money in my bank a/c

I received a payment yesterday in my Paypal a/c, which should've been automatically transferred this morning to my Indian bank a/c. But it still has not. I called them and they said it's some kind of glitch but they couldn't confirm when will I receive the payment. Anybody else facing this?
