PayPal payment not completing just freezing

Hi I've been trying to purchase item using PayPal but it won't complete just says thank you for using PayPal and stays on purchase without completing payment

I'm sorry you're having trouble making a purchase. It sounds like you're encountering a connection issue. I would try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. If those don't work, you may want to try another device.
