Im a minister and wedding officiant who has struggled understanding why after so many years paypal can't figure out some business owners offer services in exchange for money which do not involve a physical item that ships. Intelectual property should be considered. And for those intellectual services, tracking and buyer feedback are redundant. Why, after completing a wedding and signing marriage license, should i have to wait 21 days?. Or embarassingly asks my client to speak w paypal to confirm the payment. I spent 2 hours chatting with one of your reps. He ended up reaching my client and promised within 30 min all the funds would be released and available. Im still waiting ....and refreshing. What are my options? Has anyone spoken to paypal support and them not follow through with actions discussed on call?
