disable conversion

Hello. I want to disable double conversion for my account. When I transfer money to my currency card, first it is converted into hryvnias and then back into dollars, although I have a dollar card. The bank said it was a problem on your end.

I'm sorry you're having trouble withdrawing. There isn't a way to disable currency conversions. However, I suggest reaching out to Customer Support for assistance reviewing your account to determine why the money is being converted twice. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. You can also reach Support by sending a Direct Message on Twitter or a Private Message on Facebook.
