My balance on my PayPal account is opsing when am trying to widraw,help me please I need to widraw my funds.Thanks

To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account.
If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.
