My account will receive $40-$60 payments over 3 months for sport tournament and don't want it flagged by HomeLand Security.
A friend does the same for another club and his account was suspended for that reason.

Then don’t use PayPal for that. If it involves gambling, not you shouldn’t use PayPal or get prior permission as per:

This has nothing to do with gambling. It is a play for fun sport event. 

I have read the acceptable use policy and this does not apply to any of those items.
