My Refund got canelled by paypal and i cant do anything about it, will i get my money back?

I bought something on ebay with the secure buy from paypal and got blocked after paying by the seller so i started a dispute and was awarded a refund, that was all on november 30th and yesterday on the 10th december paypal cancelled my refund, will i get my money?

Paypal does not cancel refunds, they are automated.
If it was cancelled then it sounds as if the seller did not have enough funds in their bank account to 'fund' the echeque refund.

If you won the dispute, but the refund was cancelled, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. They'll be able to research the case and see what options are still available. Our Customer Support teams can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
