I created my PayPal account in 2002. I didn't really use the account much until recently. when I made the account I still had my maiden name. Now that I am using the account again I want to change the account name to my married name. I have done the required click-through stuff in the account management area and sent a copy of my marriage certificate to PayPal. This was three days ago. I have heard NOTHING from PayPal. I can not move money out of my account and into my bank account because the last names do not match. I need to have the last name changed.
