My Refund got canelled by paypal and i cant do anything about it, will i get my money back?

I bought something on ebay with the secure buy from paypal and got blocked after paying by the seller so i started a dispute and was awarded a refund, that was all on november 30th and yesterday on the 10th december paypal cancelled my refund, will i get my money?

Paypal does not cancel refunds, they are automated.

If it was cancelled then it sounds as if the seller did not have enough funds in their bank account to 'fund' the echeque refund.

They'll be able to research the case and see what options are still available. Our Customer Support teams can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.

Its been 30 days since paypal said they will refund my money and i havent got any money and the customer support doesnt help me since its a bot and kot an actual person

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Im banned from twitter, phone option isnt avaible and luve chat doesnt exist so i cant do any of what you sugested
