My child sent money to sleep Leone that is not on my friends list. I have sent a request to them to send the amount back and they cancelled it. I have sent them messages to send it back and they are ignoring me. How can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, if it is a friends and family transaction, there’s no buyer protection on those transactions. It is essentially a gift payment. You’re at the mercy of the recipient’s good nature to issue a refund/return the money.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, personal identification numbers, or any other codes that you use to access your PayPal account and the PayPal services. To avoid it from happening again, secure your account from your child so that they do not access it again.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
