Made a payment to the wrong email

I made a payment to the wrong email and clicked friends and family.  I cannot get the person to respond and the money has been withdrawn.  Any advice?

You can contact customer services and request that they reach out to the receiver and ask them to refund but unfortunately they can't force them to do so.

Your other option is if you funded that payment via a credit card, if you did then see if they will chargeback for you BUT they may decline for the same reason ie friends/family payment. 


Advice is voluntary.
