Hello everyone, I'm from Ukraine. Recently PayPal started working here. I added two banking cards and changed currency from UAH to USD in the card's settings, but I still can't get paid. My client is trying to send me money and has an error message: the company card won't go through. Please help me with this issue
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646
However the friends/family option is not available in every country. Unfortunately you can't use your account for commercial ie goods/services payments.
