My transaction with Lacoste did not push through but my credit card was already charged. According to my Bank, I have to coordinate this with PayPal unfortunately I cannot file for a dispute since per PayPal website the transaction is still pending.
Appreciate your valuable advice please on what should I do to have this reversed please.

I'm sorry to hear your transaction did not turn out as expected. It sounds like your payment may have been processed as a pending order. When this happens, a hold is placed on the money at your bank. However, it's not sent to the merchant until they actually complete the transaction from their side. If there's an error, the payment will automatically void after 30 days.
