Cannot resolve Account Limitations due to card being stolen 3 years ago.

My details were stolen 3 years ago. I want to reactivate my account but I cannot do so unless I provide transaction history for the card that was cancelled after my account was hacked.

Can you not contact your card issuer and get them to send you your transaction history for that card?
