I linked and comfirmed my mastercard but when i go under transfer funds,it is not listed.any problem

To transfer out of PayPal, link  your local bank account (fees apply), US bank account (3% fee) or, MPesa. There’s no card withdrawal option.

 

You can withdraw from PayPal and top up your PayPal account in Kenya (KE) with MPesa.
